FRENCH/ENGLISH TRANSLATION
As a native speaker of American English, I prefer to translate into my native language. I do, however, translate into French for select clients. If you need French<>English translation, contact me to discuss if my services are right for you.
CHINESE/ENGLISH TRANSLATION
I translate from both simplified (mainland) and traditional (Taiwan) characters into my native English. If you are not sure if your text is simplified or traditional, we’ll figure it out.
WHAT SETS ME APART
A linguist at heart, I am passionate about translation. I believe in not only ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of my work, but in molding the target language to guarantee a *true* translation of the text, not a simple transliteration of the original. Like the first act of writing, translation is a creative process that calls for a creative practitioner.
